Key Takeaways

  • HubSpot’s UNBOUND26 conference groups its major updates around three layers: Action, Coordination, and Context.
  • Context Home gives teams one place to manage the information that informs agents and AI across HubSpot.
  • HubSpot Work connects CRM data, agent activity, and execution inside one AI-first workspace.
  • Marketing Studio 2.0 connects campaign planning more closely to strategy, assets, automation, and agent support.
  • Spitfire Inbound helps HubSpot users turn these platform shifts into clearer setup, better adoption, and stronger output across the customer journey

Many prospective clients and current customers we have engaged with in the last year face similar challenges, one of which is around the use and trust of AI. It goes something like this: two or three agents or AI tools are switched on, each pulling from its own context, and nobody is quite sure why the agent used by marketing doesn't know what the agent used by the customer service team already knows. That's the gap HubSpot is aiming to close with their latest features and agents.

The HubSpot 2026 Fall Spotlight stands out as it brings capabilities together with strategic and deliberate intent. The emphasis is on making AI usable inside day-to-day operating workflows - and showing the value.

How HubSpot Is Organising the Outcomes and Features

We all know that disconnected AI produces disconnected work. The Fall Spotlight treats context, action, and coordination as one operating system rather than three separate releases.

1. Action is where work gets done. Agents, Breeze Assistant, and the Hubs themselves. This is the execution layer where users ask for help, automate work, and move tasks forward.

Outcome: faster execution, seamless automation, and measurable business results directly within daily workflows.

2. Coordination is how humans and agents collaborate. This layer includes Agent Management, Connected Systems, and Unified Governance. For teams and partners, this is the layer that makes AI governable, aligned, and operationally useful.

Outcome: governable, aligned AI collaboration across teams and systems.

3. Context improves every downstream result. This layer sits inside the CRM and is shown as Customer Context, Business Context, and Team Context. Better context improves every downstream agent and AI experience.

Outcome: stronger, more relevant outputs across every downstream agent and AI experience.

 The New Breeze Assistant

Not just a refresh but a rebuild. You can now type or talk to Breeze.

Breeze Assistant is HubSpot’s conversational AI companion for marketing, sales, and service teams. It helps users get answers, create content, and build agents from inside HubSpot, using CRM data, customer records, and HubSpot knowledge to produce responses grounded in the business rather than a generic output.

The new Breeze Assistant helps teams move faster across HubSpot from plain-language prompts without forcing users to move between tools.

The new way to work in HubSpot - built on growth context to achieve growth outcomes - building demand, winning deals and delighting customers.

What is Context Home?

Context Home enables you to View and manage what HubSpot knows about your business in one place, so every team and agent works from the same shared context.

Previously, different types of context lived in different places. Context Home gives HubSpot users one page to manage business, customer, team, custom, and knowledge context together.

This lives in Agent Hub under the Context tab, replacing the legacy AI Data Sources experience under AI settings.

What lives in the Context Home tabs

There are five main areas inside Context Home:

  • Business: Brand, identity, products, market details, and related business context.

  • Customers: ICPs and personas.

  • Team and Processes: User profiles and email personalities.

  • Custom: Free-form text or uploaded files, including vertical and client-specific nuance that does not fit standard fields.

  • Knowledge Vaults: Scoped reference sets attached to specific projects or agents rather than platform-wide context.

For teams, it creates a practical checklist of what needs to be curated before strong AI output can be expected.

Context Hub is currently live in your portal.

Introducing HubSpot Work

HubSpot Work is an AI-first workspace connected to the CRM where teams and agents organise, accomplish, and automate work together. It builds project tables, documents, forms, and agent automations from a single prompt, while using CRM data that’s already present.

HubSpot work enables users to run onboarding, launches, and more in your CRM with full customer context, so teams and agents spend less time managing work and get better outcomes.

HubSpot Work is currently available in Public Beta

Agent Hub is more central

Agent Hub used to be a launch pad. You'd go there to switch an agent on and then leave. Now it's closer to a cockpit, one place to see every agent running across the account. It’s where teams can view agents and agentic workflows running across the account, activate or manage them, and review the outcomes they generate. In summary, it is a redesigned home to manage all your agents, so you can see what's working, what's possible, and act on it fast.

Our guide to what Agent Hub is and how it works dives into this in detail. At a strategic level, Agent Hub now operates less like a feature page and more like the layer for configuration, visibility, and shared AI context.

Agent Hub is currently available.

HubSpot Agents - new and refreshed

Eight agents have been introduced or updated in this feature release.

  1. Campaign Agent
  2. Nurture Agent
  3. Deal Progression
  4. Revenue Agent
  5. Customer Agent
  6. Prospecting Agent
  7. Data Agent
  8. Content Agent

Please note that credits are required for certain features- please refer to this article from HubSpot to understand credit usage.

1. Campaign Agent

Campaign Agent takes a goal or insight and turns it into a connected multi-channel campaign plan, rooted in what HubSpot already knows about the brand, audience, and market.

Its role is coordination. This is in contrast to campaign generation that can produce multiple assets from one prompt but still return disconnected outputs when the brief is weak. Campaign Agent connects those assets to a clearer objective and a stronger brief.

Campaign Agent sits inside Marketing Studio 2.0 which is currently available. Marketing Studio 2.0 is a unified marketing workspace where insights drive campaigns, campaigns drive outreach, and every result feeds back into what you do next; so teams can increase reach, influence more deals, and scale without adding headcount or more point solutions.

2. Nurture Agent

Where Campaign Agent decides the plan, Nurture Agent decides the individual message. It's a send-time personalisation layer for published automated emails with CRM data, engagement signals, and live research.

It researches: contact and company properties, deal and ticket history, custom objects, page views, form submissions, engagement history, brand voice settings, and live web research on the contact's company. For this agent, you choose where the contact is going in Marketing Studio and Nurture Agent decides what that individual contact should receive.

For anyone who is using automated nurture sequences, nurture Agent closes the gap by providing personalisation beyond personalisation tokens.

Nurture Agent is available in Public Beta.

3. Deal Progression

A rep comes back from three days of client meetings to a deal that's gone quiet, with no time to re-read the whole thread before responding. That's the exact gap Deal Progression is built for. Deal Progression can use emails, conversation transcripts, and deal context to surface next best actions, draft email replies, create quotes, update CRM properties, maintain sales methodology mapping, and keep deal plans current between conversations.

It uses a variety of sources, namely: the full CRM record, past emails, notes, deal activity, contact history, and meeting transcripts from HubSpot Notetaker, Zoom, Teams, and Meet. It’s designed to give reps clearer guidance directly on the deal record and inside their inbox.

It is important to highlight that you decide which actions should run automatically and which require sign off. We recommend that you initially start with sign off of everything, measure the approval rae and then only expand to autonomy on specific actions.

Deal Progression is in Public Beta and requires a paid sales or service seat professional set and above.

4. Revenue Agent

Revenue Agent is an AI-powered accounts receivable tool that helps businesses collect payments faster. It can monitor open invoices, send personalised payment reminders, respond to customer questions, and adapt as conversations evolve.

Revenue Agent (with the correct growth context) distinguishes between a routine late payment and a customer who may have a support issue, contract change, or billing dispute, so outreach can pause, escalate, or adapt rather than push a generic reminder into an already tense situation.

Revenue agent is in public beta for all plans.

5. Customer Agent

Customer Agent handles the other side of that relationship. Responding to support conversations and resolving requests directly. It's one of the clearest examples of an agent that lives or dies by the layer above it. The same conversation, handled with strong account context, reads as personal service; handled with none, it reads like every other chatbot.

In total Customer Agent has 17 updates in this feature release. From updates to routing and guidelines to voice response and generation of knowledge base articles based on resolved tickets.

Customer agent is available on professional and enterprise plans with some features limited to enterprise. Please note that some new features require public beta opt in.

6. Prospecting Agent

Prospecting Agent got a meaningful refresh: it now researches target companies and generates personalised outreach on its own, rather than needing a rep to feed it talking points first. Like Customer Agent, it’s improved by stronger business, customer, and team context.

Looking to understand the impact of Prospecting Agent? Prospecting Agent will source contacts on demand from top data providers, send emails that improve with every rep edit, and match your brand voice to every prospecting play.

7. Data Agent

Every agent on this list is downstream of Data Agent, whether it gets credited for that or not. Clean, current CRM data is what the context layer is actually built from. Data Agent enriches and maintains CRM data to improve data quality. With Data Playground and CRM Data Source, arguably, this is one of the updates users should care about most.

8. Content Agent

Content Agent is an asset-creation engine that sits underneath Campaign Agent. Once Campaign Agent has turned a goal into a brief, Content Agent is what actually produces the emails, ads, and landing pages that brief calls for. It researches before it writes. It pulls your brand voice, audience data, and competitive landscape, then generates blog posts, LinkedIn content, and landing pages grounded in your business.

Content Agent is available in Public Beta.

Marketing Studio 2.0 Connects Brief, Assets, and Automation

The old failure mode with campaign generation was speed without cohesion. One prompt, five assets, none of them quite agreeing on the offer or the audience. Marketing Studio 2.0 is HubSpot's answer to that: Campaign planning, asset creation, and automation now sit inside one workspace.

Marketing Studio 2.0 as available for Marketing Hub Professional and above and included with a seat. The setup path starts in Marketing Studio, where users can start from a recommended template, create a campaign from a suggested template, or enter campaign brief details manually.

Teams can design a campaign, create assets, and execute the plan in a single workspace. AI-generated campaigns can include key brief details such as campaign name, goal, audience, and budget, and supporting material can be attached as images or as .docx, .pptx, or .pdf files.

Another function highlights the most critical actions across all campaigns, prioritised by impact, with a one-click next step. That signals a studio built not just for content generation, but for campaign momentum and decision-making across active work.

Campaign Agent adds planning discipline to the workspace. It can turn a goal into a connected multi-channel campaign plan, while Content Agent creates the assets that fuel it, and Nurture Agent rewrites each nurture email for the specific contact receiving it. Together, those agents create a more coordinated path from brief to pipeline.

Marketing Studio 2.0 focuses on more automation. It has a Create mode and an Automate mode, alongside examples of Breeze Assistant creating campaign automation in response to natural-language instructions. That suggests marketers will be able to move from campaign planning into workflow execution with less manual stitching between tools.

What To Do Next

For HubSpot users, one of the strongest messages is that setup quality shapes output quality. Shared context, clearer agent roles, and better orchestration should lead to better results, but only if the environment is configured properly.

Therefore, to start, we recommend one thing: get your context into Context Home before touching a single agent. Everything downstream, Campaign Agent's brief quality, Nurture Agent's personalisation, Customer Agent's tone, depends on that being right first.

The conversation then shifts to which agents actually match how the team already works, not which ones are available. A services business with a small sales team doesn't need Prospecting Agent switched on just because it exists; a business drowning in support tickets should be looking hard at Customer Agent before anything in Marketing Studio. Once that's settled, HubSpot Work and Agent Hub become the place to check that the agents, the CRM, and the humans running the account are actually operating as one system, rather than three.

The value of these releases will come from implementation quality, not activation alone.

Spitfire Inbound can help you do all of the above and connect those findings to onboarding, CRM setup, campaign execution, and ongoing optimisation.
