Laura Jane (better known as LJ) jumped straight into the working world after completing her National Senior Certificate (with a focus on business studies). As a Personal Assistant in various industries, LJ was exposed to many different aspects of business (footwear manufacturer and importer, IT, biofuel manufacturer and exporter). Most recently working for a large food manufacturer, she worked her way up to Customer Services Management and loved being in a position to help customers solve their problems. When it comes to Inbound, LJ loves that Marketing Strategies are actually helpful to customers – you are not force feeding them anything, instead you are adding value to their lives. In her free time, LJ loves spending time with her kids. Reading (she's a sucker for Harry Potter and Twilight) and also watching a little Netflix every night before she ‘hits the hay’.
