HubSpot Product Updates: Mid-year magic

HubSpot Product Updates: Mid-year magic
3:52

It’s HubSpot product update time and we’ve got three of our favourite updates for June ready to go.

HubSpot is a remarkable platform crafted with the Inbound Methodology at its core. This ensures that the tool continuously evolves, employing an agile approach to remain the best solution for marketing, sales, and service teams - equipping them with the tools and capabilities to achieve their business objectives.

We love that HubSpot listens to its community, implementing monthly updates to enhance the platform, stay ahead of trends, and meet user needs.

Each month we pick our top three updates for the month and show you how and why we think these updates will make a difference in your business.

Here are our favourite HubSpot Product Updates for June 2025:

  1. Schedule automatic exchange rate updates

Use Case: Previously you have always had to manually update your currency exchange rate but if you don’t make use of a fixed exchange rate for your business it can become tedious to have to keep up with an updated exchange rate.

This update now allows you to take the admin out of this process and automatically set the exchange rate, which saves time, reduces errors, and minimises financial risks associated with manual updates.

Available with: All hubs, Starter and above

2. Customise deal insight metrics on deal index page

Use Case: The metrics at the top of the index page for deals offers a great overview of the deal insights but the metrics you want to see are not always the same for every business or team. Now you can create a customised view, with the metrics you want to see.

Available with: Sales Pro, Sales Enterprise

3. Website tracking code installation verification

Use Case: This is a small update but one that will make the lives of HubSpot admins much easier. You will now be able to test whether the HubSpot tracking code has been correctly added to your website and is tracking as needed.

Available with: All hubs and tiers

Features that went live this month

The below list are new updates that are officially live in all relevant portals.

1. Update to Credits in HubSpot and Customer Agent

Use Case: Customer Agent will now be available to all Hubs and will make use of Credits. Depending on your tier, you will receive set credits each month which can be used for Customer Agent or Breeze Intelligence tools. If you go over your credit team, HubSpot will automatically add the next tier of credits and add the cost to your next invoice - much like how marketing contacts work.

Credits will be consumed as per the below outline:

If you have an existing Service Hub portal, you will not consume credits until 3 Aug.

Available with: All hubs starter, pro, enterprise

2. Quick replies for social on mobile

Use Case: AI Quick Replies empowers marketers to respond to social media interactions with greater speed and intelligence. This feature analyses the context of a post and its comments to suggest relevant replies. Marketers can then engage promptly from both desktop and mobile devices using the Social Reply feature.

Available with: Marketing Enterprise and Marketing+ Enterprise

How to access Beta updates

Like we said, HubSpot loves to listen to its users, so not all updates are immediately live. Many start off in Beta where you have the opportunity to test and comment on these changes.

If you don’t see the update in your portal, you can enrol in the Beta. This is an easy and quick step to do. Take a look at the step-by-step process below for instructions:

Good to know: While the majority of features in Beta do go live, HubSpot doesn’t guarantee that every Beta will go live and may still be removed.
