HubSpot is a remarkable platform crafted with the Inbound Methodology at its core. This ensures that the tool continuously evolves, employing an agile approach to remain the best solution for marketing, sales, and service teams - equipping them with the tools and capabilities to achieve their business objectives.
We love that HubSpot listens to its community, implementing monthly updates to enhance the platform, stay ahead of trends, and meet user needs.
INBOUND25 has just wrapped, and that means HubSpot announced a ton (200 to be exact) of updates. In this month's blog, we’re unpacking some of our favourites.
Here are our favourite HubSpot Product Updates for September 2025:
- Flexible CRM Views
Use Case: Working in the CRM should be simple, fast, and tailored to the way you like to work. With the redesigned Index pages, you can now choose between new view types like Calendar, Gantt, Report, and more, helping you visualise and manage your data in ways that fit your workflow. Features like AI-powered column insights, conditional highlighting, and in-tab view management make it easier to spot trends, summarise information, and stay organised.
Available with: All Hubs and tiers
2. Rename HubSpot Defined Objects
Use Case: Not every business speaks the same language when it comes to CRM. With this update, admins can now rename core objects like deals, contacts, or tickets to match their own terminology, for example, calling deals “opportunities.” While it’s not a huge update, it can make a big impact for businesses that need their systems to reflect the way their teams already work.
Available with: All Hubs and Tiers
3. Marketing Studio (Public Beta)
Use Case: Launching campaigns often means juggling spreadsheets, docs, and multiple tools, but not anymore. Marketing Studio is HubSpot’s new all-in-one campaign workspace that brings planning, collaboration, and AI-powered creation into a single place. With features like a visual canvas, multiplayer mode, and AI-generated assets, teams can move faster and launch coordinated multi-channel campaigns without leaving HubSpot.
Available with: Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise
How to access Beta updates
Like we said, HubSpot loves to listen to its users, so not all updates are immediately live. Many start off in Beta where you have the opportunity to test and comment on these changes.
If you don’t see the update in your portal, you can enrol in the Beta. This is an easy and quick step to do. Take a look at the step-by-step process below for instructions:
Good to know: While the majority of features in Beta do go live, HubSpot doesn’t guarantee that every Beta will go live and July still be removed.
