It’s HubSpot product update time and we’ve got three of our favourite updates for August ready to go.

Here are our favourite HubSpot Product Updates for August 2025:

  1. Unsubscribe from Feedback Survey on the Preference Pages

Use Case: Ever wondered why your contacts unsubscribe from your emails? Now you can find out without adding extra friction to the process. HubSpot has introduced an unsubscribe feedback survey that can be triggered on your preference page, allowing you to capture valuable insights whenever someone unsubscribes from all marketing emails.

This update transforms unsubscribes into an opportunity to learn. Marketers can automatically collect feedback to help reduce churn, improve content relevance, and adjust email frequency, all backed by real subscriber input.

2. AI-Generated ticket language detection

Use Case: If your support team works with customers across multiple regions, language can make or break the speed and accuracy of ticket resolution. With this update, HubSpot can now automatically detect the language of customer messages within a ticket, helping route it to the right agent faster.

Available with: Service Hub Enterprise

3. Activity logging defaults 

Use Case: We love that you can be intentional about which objects you log your email activity to (down to the specific deal) but this can sometimes be a bit manual. HubSpot has now introduced the ability to choose defaults for logging activity. 

With this update, admins can now set key defaults that ensure that only the most recent associated records are set to automatically log the activity to. This applies to all activities including calls, emails, and meetings.

How to access Beta updates

Like we said, HubSpot loves to listen to its users, so not all updates are immediately live. Many start off in Beta where you have the opportunity to test and comment on these changes. 

If you don’t see the update in your portal, you can enrol in the Beta. This is an easy and quick step to do. Take a look at the step-by-step process below for instructions:

 

Good to know: While the majority of features in Beta do go live, HubSpot doesn’t guarantee that every Beta will go live and July still be removed.
