Top three HubSpot Product Updates for February 2025:
1. Unified Data Privacy Request Management
Use Case: You are required to give your contacts the opportunity to request deletion of their data, this will allow you to add a link to your privacy policy which allows contacts to make this request and you to manage it easily.
Available with: All hubs
2. Integrate with Google Chat
Use Case: For teams who work on Google Workspace you can now integrate Google chat allowing you to:

- Receive Hubspot notifications on Google Chat
- Respond to live chat and Facebook messenger, and Help Desk conversations from Google Chat
- Send notifications to Google Spaces using workflows
Available with: All hubs, however, to connect with the Help Desk or to use in a Workflow paid tools will be required.

3. AI translation for Email
Use Case: You have an international team sharing content, easily create an email and translate it into the required language.
Available with: Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise
Nathalie Leblond from Rentokil Initial Europe, who has been testing the translation tool, had this to say, “The email translation tool in Hubspot is a game changer! I'm currently supporting 16 countries, so translation is a hot topic for us. Until now, emails have had to be created in Google Docs, translated, and then brought back into Hubspot, which was time-consuming and created inconsistencies in formatting and layout. With the translation tool, I can create one email with the correct layout, formatting and design, and with one click of a button, I can generate that email in the languages of my choice. Even buttons are translated. This is a feature that is certainly going to save me a huge amount of time in my campaign distribution this year.”
How to access Beta updates
Like we said, HubSpot loves to listen to its users, so not all updates are immediately live. Many start off in Beta where you have the opportunity to test and comment on these changes.
If you don’t see the update in your portal, you can enrol in the Beta. This is an easy and quick step to do. Take a look at the step-by-step process below for instructions:
