HubSpot is a remarkable platform crafted with the Inbound Methodology at its core. This ensures that the tool continuously evolves, employing an agile approach to remain the best solution for marketing, sales, and service teams - equipping them with the tools and capabilities to achieve their business objectives.
We love that HubSpot listens to its community, implementing monthly updates to enhance the platform, stay ahead of trends, and meet user needs.
HubSpot launched its new AI tools, called Breeze, during INBOUND24. Now you’re not only using a robust CRM platform, but an AI-powered customer platform. There are several great features that come with Breeze, this month’s update highlights three of these.
Top three HubSpot Product Updates for October 2024:

Additional October HubSpot Product Updates
HubSpot releases several updates a month, most of which live in the Breeze space. But some are just really cool small updates which will make your life easier. Here are the ones we are excited about.
- Multiple pipelines on Leads
The Leads tool has had several facelifts and updates since it was launched last year but this one is a favourite. Previously you could only have one Leads pipeline. This offered a new way for salespeople to effectively manage leads but meant that all leads were created equal.
You can now create multiple Leads pipelines, the same way you can create multiple Sales pipelines. This is going to open up opportunities for more robust qualification processes and lets you manage your leads in a more specific journey.
A great use case for this is the management of leads coming from your website contact us form vs your cold leads pipeline.
- Restore from Data Backup
This is a small but MIGHTY update. Data backups are crucial to ensure tool recovery. This new update introduces a seamless way to bring data back to a previous state. Now you can restore updated property values from a previous backup without needing to re-import a file. This is available for contacts, companies, deals, tickets, calls, products, and tasks. This is only available on the paid subscriptions.
3. Connect HubSpot tickets to Microsoft Teams
If Microsoft Teams is your internal tool, collaborating on this platform is key. Now you can connect your HubSpot tickets to Teams so you can resolve tickets with your team. This connection allows you to:
- Configure the types of tickets sent to a connected Microsoft Teams channel
- Send qualifying new tickets to all connected channels
- Sync threaded replies from Microsoft Teams and ticket comments in HubSpot, including @ mentions
- Enable quick actions from the ticket in Microsoft Teams, like updating ticket properties
How to access Beta updates
Like we said, HubSpot loves to listen to its users, so not all updates are immediately live. Many start off in Beta where you have the opportunity to test and comment on these changes.
If you don’t see the update in your portal, you can enrol in the Beta. This is an easy and quick step to do. Take a look at the step-by-step process below for instructions:
Good to know: While the majority of features in Beta do go live, HubSpot doesn’t guarantee that every Beta will go live and may still be removed.
