HubSpot is a remarkable platform crafted with the Inbound Methodology at its core. This ensures that the tool continuously evolves, employing an agile approach to remain the best solution for marketing, sales, and service teams - equipping them with the tools and capabilities to achieve their business objectives.

We love that HubSpot listens to its community, implementing monthly updates to enhance the platform, stay ahead of trends, and meet user needs.

Each month we pick our top three updates for the month and show you how and why we think these updates will make a difference in your business.

Here are our favourite HubSpot Product Updates for November 2025:

1. Buying Groups (HubSpot’s native OrgChartHub 🎉)

Use Case: Meet Buying Groups, HubSpot’s brand-new, fully integrated version of OrgChartHub. This feature brings powerful stakeholder mapping directly into HubSpot, helping your sales team see every decision-maker and influencer involved in a deal, all in one view.

You can now add Buying Group cards directly to Company, Contact, and Deal records for a complete view of your sales landscape.

Access Buying Groups from the Company record in HubSpot to start mapping out stakeholders and their roles.

Buying Groups can help teams:

  • Visualise every stakeholder and their role in the deal.
  • Identify missing connections or weak relationships early.
  • Keep everyone aligned and engaged to avoid last-minute surprises.

Available with: Sales Enterprise

2. Customisable Sequence Unenrollment Triggers

Use Case: Sequences just got smarter (and more flexible). You can now decide exactly when contacts are automatically unenrolled, giving you full control over your outreach flow. No more sequences ending mid-conversation just because someone replied or booked a meeting.

With this new update you can choose whether someone unenrolls by booking a meeting OR responding to an email. If your goal is for them to book a meeting with you, keep sending those emails!

Available with: Sales and Service Hub Professional and Enterprise

3. New “Publish” Permission for Workflows

Use Case: Managing workflow access in HubSpot is now more flexible and secure. A new Publish permission has been added to the Workflows app, giving teams greater control over who can activate workflows, without restricting who can build or edit them.

This is a great update because, in the past, anyone with workflow edit access could turn a workflow on, which created risk in larger portals. With the new Publish permission, teams can confidently allow more users to create and edit workflows while restricting activation to the right people. It supports better governance, fewer mistakes, and stronger control over automation.

Available with: All Hubs Professional & Enterprise

How to access Beta updates

Like we said, HubSpot loves to listen to its users, so not all updates are immediately live. Many start off in Beta where you have the opportunity to test and comment on these changes.

If you don’t see the update in your portal, you can enrol in the Beta. This is an easy and quick step to do. Take a look at the step-by-step process below for instructions:

Good to know: While the majority of features in Beta do go live, HubSpot doesn’t guarantee that every Beta will go live and may still be removed.
